CYANOGENMOD Theme Engine

This Application is based off of my J Blue Ice theme,
It allows you to change the color of the theme to any color you want to.
The base of this theme is dark, I have found that it saves on eyes and battery life.

Get J Blue Ice Theme
After you Choose the color and preview with some of the icons that will be changed,
You can then choose to adjust the font colors and the Status Bar Transparency,
then you can move on to Name your theme and then generate an APK that you can use anytime to install it on your your Cyanogenmod 13/12 phone.
After you install your theme it is available in the Theme chooser of Cyanogenmod, just like any other installable theme.
